In early 2024, the GSAR Board of Directors created a Strategic Planning Task Force and directed them to develop a strategic plan that would help meet the needs of our Membership in a time where there are many changes occuring in our industry.  In July of 2024, the Chair of the Task Force, Director Matthew Starr, presented the strategic plan to the entire Board of Directors for their input and approval. The plan was approved by the Board of Directors, with full support.

The Board of Directors thanks the Strategic Planning Task Force for the many hours of dedicated work going into this document that will serve as the platform for key strategic and operational decisions moving forward.
