Application Fees:

Primary & Secondary REALTOR & Appraiser: $360

Non-REALTOR Member (or member of Non-Shareholder Association) or MLS Only: $360

Non-Licensed Assistant: $175

New Office Setup- GSAR Member- $1200

New Office Setup- MLS Only or Non-Shareholder Office: $1200

Affiliate Office: $600

** Application fees will apply for any participant or subscriber who is de-activated due to non-payment after 60 days, in addition to all past due balances.

Monthly Access Fees:

Primary & Secondary REALTOR & Appraiser: $180/quarter

Non-Realtor or MLS Only subscriber: $216/quarter

Non Licensed Assistant: $90/quarter

Affiliate member WITH MLS Access (optional/Closed Data Only) $90/quarter
