When you join a local Association such as the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS®, you are also joining the state and national REALTOR® Associations. Primary membership with GSAR means that your state and national dues are also paid to us and then we pass along this payment to the state and national levels.

Secondary REALTOR® Membership

$300.00 GSAR and $25 voluntary RPAC contribution
MONTHLY MLS ACCESS FEE: $50
Secondary membership with GSAR means that you have primary membership with another local board in Colorado and your state and national dues are paid through them. If the current year's Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) dues have been paid through your primary association/board, then only the application fee and GSAR local dues apply. Dues will be prorated based on the month you join.

MLS Only Subscription

MONTHLY MLS ACCESS FEE: $60
This is a subscription only option for REALTORS® interested in having access to the Aspen/ Glenwood Regional Multiple Listing Service. In order to have MLS membership with GSAR, you must hold REALTOR® membership at another association.
The real estate firm and managing broker must establish membership with GSAR before any other agents in the firm may join.

REALTOR® Appraiser Membership
NEW OFFICE FEE: $500

ANNUAL DUES: $695 (pro-rated monthly)
$300 GSAR, $195 CAR, $156 NAR, and $25 voluntary RPAC contribution; Secondary Members only pay $300 GSAR and $25 voluntary RPAC contribution.

Primary REALTOR® Appraiser Membership: for State of Colorado licensed appraisers who desire access to the Aspen/Glenwood Springs MLS ACTIVE & SOLD DATA. Similar to our REALTOR® Memberships, Appraiser Memberships can be Primary or Secondary.

Affiliate Membership
NEW OFFICE FEE: $500
EXISTING AFFILIATE FIRM’S SECOND OFFICE/BRANCH OFFICE FEE: $250
ANNUAL DUES: $275 (pro-rated monthly, please call for current amount)
The Annual Dues of $275.00 allows for two members per firm. There is a $100 annual fee for each additional member. In the event the firm's representative(s) leaves the firm’s employ or another representative is appointed, please notify the GSAR office within 30 days. Membership belongs to the firm and does not transfer.
Affiliate members will be individuals who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in paragraph IV of the Bylaws of the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS®, have interest concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of the ASSOCIATION. If you’re not listing or selling and do not hold an active real estate license, Affiliate membership is ideal. Affiliate Member benefits include the ability to participate in membership meetings, special events, and serve on committees; a free listing in the Aspen/Glenwood MLS; limited access to the Aspen/Glenwood MLS including the MLS Message Board, membership rosters, mailing labels, and sold data; various sponsorship opportunities; and affiliate members have many networking opportunities for promoting their products and services to the REALTOR® community.

New Member Office or MLS Only Office
All of our membership options are hierarchical. The real estate firm and managing broker must establish membership with GSAR before anyone else in the firm may join. This also applies to MLS Only subscriptions. The new office set-up fee is $1000. The set-up fee for a branch office of an already established firm is $500. The New Office Application must be completed and submitted by the Managing Broker.
Please note that it may take up to 3 business days after receipt of all completed forms to process your paperwork and get you set up with MLS access.
