Realtor® Nominations
The REALTOR® of the Year is a special award given to a Member of the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS® (GSAR) and is an acknowledgement of a distinguished career within the REALTOR® organization. In addition to their activity with our Association, the REALTOR® of the Year is a person who is active within their community, while being successful in their business.
Nominations for REALTOR of the Year can be submitted by any active REALTOR member of our Association. However, a REALTOR® may not nominate themselves.

Affiliate Nominations
This prestigious award recognizes a GSAR Affiliate Member who supports the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS® with integrity and a commitment to excellence. In addition to activity with the GSAR, the Affiliate of the Year is recognized as a person with impeccable business standards, as well as having a professional attitude towards improving our community.
An Affiliate Member may not nominate themselves for Affiliate of the year.
Qualifications:
Is an active Affiliate Member of the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS®, demonstrates outstanding participation/contribution in Association functions, provides leadership within their organization, while also volunteering and giving back to their community.
